Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
- Installation, repairs and diagnosis of propane gas systems.
- Locate leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC systems.
- Fix issues in water and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing equipment.
- Install pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage.
- Consult with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and HVAC systems.
- Advise clients on appropriate care for their water and HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumbing certificate preferred
- 5 + years of plumbing experience in a commercial setting.
- Goal oriented and strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Has own trade tools
- Clean driver's abstract
- 1st to 4th year Apprentice and Journeyman Plumbing certifications are considered
- Ability to commute or relocate
