Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving clients’ concerns.
  • Perform service on commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
  • Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required.
  • Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete service work.
  • Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.
  • Responsible for mentoring/supervising support staff in the HVAC/Refrigeration field

 

Qualifications:

  • Residential HVAC certification.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver abstract.
  • Certification in refrigeration, electrical work, or sheet metal is an asset.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial/residential HVAC field.
  • Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
  • Adapt at servicing commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment (as well as related accessories).
  • Able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
  • Able to work overtime, weekend hours, and available for on-call  duties as required.
  • WHMIS 2015.
