As we continue to grow we are currently looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in helping with our residential, commercial and multi family projects. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build / Fabricate a variety of ductwork and custom sheet metal fittings for the HVAC Industry
  • Learn to operate a C&C machine to build custom HVAC sheet metal fittings
  • Work with a variety of HVAC hand tools and fabrication equipment to build custom HVAC ductwork and fittings
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of HVAC systems and ductwork
  • Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions
  • Work with apprentices and other trades on site

 

Qualifications:

  • HVAC Sheet metal certificate (Prefered)
  • Experience in the HVAC industry (Preferred)
  • Mechanical knowledge to understand the functioning of HVAC equipment and ductwork systems
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to move equipment or materials
  • Valid class 5 drivers license
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in mathematics and geometry with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols
  • Personable and conscientious
  • Maintain excellent attendance record
